Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact PepKingStore within 24 hours of delivery at CustomerService@PepKingStore.com with your order number and supporting photos.

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will correct the order by providing a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
